A typical safari will pick you up at a pre-arranged meeting point in, or near, Blackpool, perhaps your hotel, guesthouse or business, take you to see some quality exciting wildlife then return via some off road adventure driving perhaps including  a river crossing - return route and river conditions permitting. See these videos here and here for examples.

Places we regularly visit include Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), southern Cumbria, Forest of Bowland AONB, west Lancashire, 'Over Wyre', the Lune valley, the Ribble valley, Lake District National Park, Yorkshire Dales National Park.

We don't have to start too early so there is no need to be up with the larks, although that can be arranged if you wish.

Some safaris may start in the afternoon and continue until after dark depending on the target species.

Each safari endeavours to consist of no more than an hours drive from your meeting point although traffic conditions on the day may adversly affect journey times but are obviously beyond our control.

You will be returned to your pre-arranged destination.

Other shorter specialist events such as moth trapping or May dawn chorus safaris can easily be arranged for you.

Your leader is fully CRB checked and has been driving Land Rovers off road for over 25 years.

Please note - We are going to see wild animals etc in their natural environment. There are often times when, for whatever reason, they cannot be found. Please do not be disappointed if we fail to see the 'target' species there will be plenty more to enjoy during the safari and often we come across unexpected 'surprises'
